It is critical that employees know and understand the basics of equal opportunities in the workplace.
Without that basic knowledge and understanding it is easy to create an unsafe working environment and to cause upset and hurt to others whilst at the same time falling foul of anti-discrimination legislation.
This course raises awareness in respect of all forms of discrimination enabling you to better understand the ‘dos and don’ts’ so as to avoid hurting others and damaging your own and your employer’s reputation.
